By accessing or using any Primigenum website, product or service ("Services") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
3. Accounts and sign-in

When you sign in with a third-party identity provider (e.g. Google), you also accept that provider's terms. We only receive the profile information needed to authenticate you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may stop using the Services at any time and request deletion of your account.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primigenum will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The Services may link to or rely on third-party providers (such as Google, Cloudflare or Railway). We are not responsible for their availability, content or policies.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising under them will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to consumers' rights under mandatory local law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
